The first foundations of Jetty were laid within OVO in 2018. The aim: to transform the experience of its own c.150k fibre and phone customers and to reduce cost to support them.
We decided to build it "in-house'. We used the experience of our own product and customer service teams, whilst utilising best-in-class 3rd party technologies. We believe that the best software is built by those who truly understand the needs of the customers they are trying to solve for.
Our first partner was Pegasystems, a global leader in customer service automation and robotics. Over time we have incorporated a number of leading technology providers into the Jetty platform to help us build an efficient and compliant end-to-end customer journey.
In 2022, the technology platform and people moved into a new, independent company and Jetty was born.
We are now a team of c.20 Product and Engineering experts on a continuous journey to deliver the best service possible to our clients and, ultimately, to their end customers.
